I am always as gentle as possible because I genuinely care about all my guests having an amazing waxing experience with me. Cancellation Policy
GRACE PERIOD: I have a 8 min grace period, if you’re not inside my studio by the 8 Min your appointment will be canceled & you will be charged 50% of the service(s) scheduled. All fees must be paid in order to reschedule.
LATE CANCELLATION: A 24hr notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 50% of service cost will be charged if less than 24hrs is given.
UNWANTED SERVICES: If you cancel a service from your appointment with less than a 24hr notice, you will be charged 50% of that service canceled. please make sure to cancel any unwanted services at least 24hrs ahead.
(Ex: you have a Brazilian & underarm wax scheduled but decide you don’t want your underarms waxed when you come in. Half of the underarm service cost will still be charged due to notifying me past the 24hrs.)
NO-CALL NO-SHOW: you will be charged 75% of the service(s) scheduled.
